All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.
Your items will be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow up to 4 days for order fulfilment.
Unless you are choosing local pickup, shipping costs incurred will be the responsibility of you, the buyer. If our automated website system overcharges you for shipping by $2.00 or more we will refund your account the amount overcharged.
Because honey is considered an agricultural product there are state and federal law restrictions that we must adhere by. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Refund Policy
We at Percy Homestead take pride in our products and value our customers. All sales are final, but If you are not satisfied with our products, please reach out to us with your concerns so we may facilitate a resolution.
If an item is lost or damaged during shipping we have the ability to file an insurance claim with the postal service and replace your missing, broken, or damaged items. Please do note that filing an insurance claim with USPS has specific restrictions based on the shipping service and type of claim (missing package, damaged package, etc…) which are clearly outlined on their website.
